		To order a FLATOUTbear, please visit us at Prue Trollope, 21 Mullens Street, Balmain (Tuesday - Friday 10am til 5pm and Saturday 10am til 4pm), call us on 02 9555 6434 or complete and return the FLATOUTaustralia order form. Postage and Handling Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days from receipt of the order. All products will be sent to you via Australia Post. If there are delays with the product we will contact you to advise. We will do our best to deliver to you in the time promised, however, there may be times, despite our best efforts when delivery is delayed. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg strikes, natural disasters, etc). Australia All orders are A$6 postage for 1 FLATOUTbear. For more than 1 FLATOUTbear within Australia to the same address, add an additional A$2 postage per bear after the first bear. (eg 3 bears: $6 + $2 + $2 = $10). International All orders are A$14 postage for 1 FLATOUTbear. For more than 1 FLATOUTbear to the same international address, add an additional A$6 postage per bear after the first bear. (eg 3 bears: $14 + $6 + $6= $26). Payment Methods FLATOUTaustralia offer the following options for payment: Credit Cards - Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard and American Express. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will exchange it or give you a refund less postage and handling costs. Goods must be returned in their original protective packaging within 14 days of the invoice date. You must include a copy of the original order form, indicating the reason for the return. Items must be sent prepaid as we are unable to accept C.O.D.
