Dear Sarah and Prue,

You can't imagine how delighted and surprised James Wilkie and I were to receive your very kind gift. What a charming and adorable little bear. And honestly, when I opened your package, my son was sleeping and I really struggled with the question of whether I had the strength and character to give it to my son rather then keep it for myself. That is the truth. But my better half gained control and when my son awoke I was thrilled to give it to him and even more so to see his face upon receipt. Anyway... I don't know how to thank you. It was so good of you to think of us. To include us in your gesture. And we will take good care of our new little bear. James Wilkie immediately named him Catin. (?) And asked if he could come downstairs for supper. You can see he will enjoy a well fed life, well traveled life as I suspect he will go everywhere we do. And he will be loved.
